My registration does not work anymore. What should I do?

First of all you should contact us by e-mail on support@warelex.com your message should contain the following information:
- Recent hardware or OS changes, system crashes etc.
- Your device`s full name and model.
- Short description of your operating system.
- Error message description.

Why do I receive "Key is already used" message when I try to activate Mobiola Screen Capture on the second PC?
|
|
According to our license - you can use only one activation key for one PC with multiple devices. If you want to register Mobiola Screen Capture on your second PC you should contact us by e-mail to support@warelex.com with attachment of your order details.

Can I upgrade the software for free?
|
|
Yes, you can download and install new versions of Mobiola Screen Capture for free, registration information will be preserved during the installation even if you previously uninstalled the old version.

What should I do to install Mobiola Screen Capture to my device?
|
Mobiola Screen Capture automatically installs to your device if you selected this option while installation to PC. Otherwise:
- If you have Nokia or Sony Ericsson device: Go to application`s folder (C:\Program Files\Mobiola “Application name” – by default)and run “.sis” file. You will be prompted to install an application to your device.
- BlackBerry devices does not need client files.

When I try to activate the software I receive "There is no Internet connection available..." message. How can I register the software in this case?
|
Most probably you are behind the proxy or do not have Internet connection at all. In these cases we are doing offline registration procedure, please do the following:
- Go to Start->Run
- Copy and paste there following command line (with inverted commas):
- "C:\Program Files\Mobiola Screen Capture for S60\ScreenCaptureServer_S60.exe" REGISTER - for Nokia devices
- "C:\Program Files\Mobiola Screen Capture for UIQ 3\ScreenCaptureServer_UIQ3.exe" REGISTER - for Sony Ericsson devices
- "C:\Program Files\Mobiola Screen Capture for Blackberry\ScreenCaptureServerBB.exe" REGISTER - for BlackBerry devices
- We need Hardware Fingerprint number from the dialog that you will see after running this command. Please send your Hardware Fingerprint by e-mail to support@warelex.com along with your order details and we will generate you the offline registration code.

How long can I use trial copy of Mobiola Screen Capture application?

You are free to use trial copy of Mobiola Screen Capture for 3 days.

I can not establish Bluetooth/USB connection. What should I do?
|
You should make sure that your device (or bluetooth adaptor) is connected to your PC, and PC Suite/Desktop Manager can detect your device.
If your device(or bluetooth adaptor) is connected but you still have no connection please, go to user`s manual (Help -> Help Contents).

If I have registered the Mobiola Screen Capture application with one device, can I use the application with additional devices?
|
|
According to our license - you can use one registered copy on one PC with multiple devices.
|
|
|
I have no video signal in my messenger (Skype, MSN, etc.). What should I do?
|
|
You should install the latest version of Mobiola Screen Capture and set Mobiola Video Source as your messenger`s video source as it shown in user`s manual (“Using with messaging applications” tab).
